Working Principle

Combined gears refer to two or more gears fixed on the same shaft or assembled into an integrated gear unit. They rotate at the identical speed synchronously. By meshing with different driving and driven gears stage by stage, they superimpose the transmission ratio of each gear stage.
This structure realizes speed reduction, speed increase or torque conversion within a limited space. When achieving deceleration, the output torque is amplified; when realizing acceleration, the rotational speed is improved. It can also match different power output requirements through gear combination switching, ensuring stable mechanical power transmission and accurate motion delivery.
